CNC Router ΧΥ1212 Vacuum ATC PC
The Router is a three-axis CNC Router equipped with an automatic 12-position tool changer. The effective machining area is 1200×1200×300mm (X, Y, and Z axes respectively). The machine spindle has a power output of 9 kW and a maximum rotational speed of 24,000 rpm, while the maximum rapid traverse speed reaches 30 m/min. The overall external dimensions of the machine (excluding peripheral equipment) do not exceed 2000×2000× 2200mm, while its maximum weight does not exceed 1200 kg (1,2 tons), providing rigidity and stability during machining operations. The gantry is equipped with a protective cover. The machining table is of Vacuum type with T-slot channels and is divided into multiple machining zones, ensuring optimal workpiece clamping and flexibility for processing different materials. The machine is equipped with a high-performance vacuum pump, a water trap, and a dust collection system with two collection bags.
Motion along the X, Y, and Z axes is achieved through precision servo motors, while an automatic linear motion lubrication system is included to minimize wear and maximize service life. The Router is also equipped with an automatic tool height measurement system, a mist cooling system for efficient cutting tool cooling, a water trap in the air circuit, and protective covers for both the gantry and spindle to ensure maximum operational safety.
The Router is supplied with CAD/CAM control software by Vectric, providing the capability to design 2D objects or import ready-made designs in .dxf, .pdf, .eps, and .dwg formats, with subsequent G-code generation and execution for machining operations. Machine operation is performed through an integrated computer, which is included in the equipment and serves as the operator workstation.
