Integrated Hardness Tester
The TIME Integrated Hardness Tester TH130 is a compact portable metal hardness tester based on the Leeb rebound measuring principle. It features an integrated Type D impact device, eliminating the need for external cables, and is designed for fast on-site hardness measurements of large, heavy or installed metal components. The instrument measures hardness in HLD and automatically converts results into common hardness scales including Rockwell (HRC/HRB/HRA), Vickers (HV), Brinell (HB) and Shore (HS). It is suitable for testing steel, cast steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum alloys, brass, bronze and copper. The TH130 offers high accuracy, measurements in any direction, internal memory for average readings and simple operation, making it ideal for industrial quality control, material identification, production inspection and maintenance applications.
