TR100
Surface Roughness Tester
The TR100 Surface Roughness Tester is a portable pocket-sized instrument designed for fast and accurate measurement of surface finish on machined components. It operates using a piezoelectric diamond stylus system, where the probe travels across the surface profile and converts vertical stylus movements into digital roughness values. The device measures the main surface roughness parameters Ra (average roughness) and Rz (mean peak-to-valley height) and is suitable for metals and other engineering materials. With selectable cut-off lengths, automatic calibration, rechargeable battery operation and compact design, the TR100 is widely used for CNC machining inspection, quality control, production monitoring, incoming inspection and laboratory measurements.
